U.S. SMB Paperless Invoice Request
This paperless invoice program helps us meet the HP Eco Solutions Print Responsibly commitment, and provides faster invoice delivery to you, our business partner.
Requirements to receive paperless invoices:
 Must have a valid email address*
 Must have software that allows for viewing .pdf files
 Must have email space to allow for the receipt of large files
 Must notify HP in advance of any changes in email addresses that are receiving invoices electronically

 If you experience any issues regarding paperless invoicing to be activated on your account, please contact the HP Direct Operations Invoicing team at: or 1-866-363-1507 option 4.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic invoices at any time. Please contact an Order Support Specialist through Chat Live: Monday-Friday from 6am to 3pm PST. HP will promptly convert your invoice delivery preference from email to receiving paper invoices; delivered via U.S. mail at no charge.

 In addition, you have the right to request a duplicate copy/reprint for no additional charge by contacting your Order Support Specialist.
