HP ePrint Software supports all your mobile printing needs on Windows® and Macintosh computers. With this unique software in place of your regular printer driver, you can easily print wirelessly to supported HP printers or to one of thousands of HP ePrint Public Print Locations worldwide.1

  • How it works

  • After installing the HP ePrint Software on your computer, simply select Print from your application and choose HP ePrint.
  • The software automatically displays recently used printers, and searches for other available printers near you.
  • If you have an HP JetAdvantage On Demand account, you can use the software to print to your HP JetAdvantage Private Print queue.
  • The software also lets you search for HP ePrint Public Print Locations, such as UPS and FedEx stores in cities around the world. You can send prints to these locations and pick them up when you arrive, using a unique retrieval code.

    HP ePrint Public Print Locations
    1Use of HP ePrint at Public Print Locations requires Internet- and email-capable smartphone or tablet with separately purchased wireless Internet service, and one of HP ePrint apps. Laptops or Windows® Tablets require connection to a wireless service and HP ePrint Software. Wireless broadband use requires separately purchased service contract for mobile devices. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. Availability and cost of printing varies by location.     2For wireless direct printing, mobile device may require an app or print software. Wireless performance is dependent on physical environment and distance from the printer. Please note that while your mobile device is directly connected to the printer, access to content that requires Internet support (such as web pages or documents stored in the cloud) may not be supported while in HP wireless direct mode.
